NuLife New & Improved Stages are here! There will be a Stage Refresher held on Sunday, April 27th at 3:30p.m. at the NULIFE WATERLOO studio. Who should attend?

  • Clients who have met at least one weight goal (lbs.)
  • You must attend the refresher to reap the discounts & rewards
  • Please bring your bootcamp sheets for evaluation
  • NuLife Stage Refreshers will be held monthly at different dates and times

Free Classes in April

NMHM14_Banner2April is  National Minority Health Month by raising awareness about the health disparities that continue to affect racial and ethnic minorities.

This year’s theme, Prevention is Power: Taking Action for Health Equity emphasizes the critical role of prevention in reducing health disparities. It is a call to action, a charge for all of us to unite towards a common goal of improving the health of our communities.

NuLife will offer FREE classes during the month of April on the following days:

  • Men’s Monday – Classes free to all males
  • Women’s Wednesday – Classes free to all females

NuLife Bike Riding Group Schedule

Biking is betterNuLife’s Bike Riding Group will begin Saturday, April 12th. @10:00 a.m. The group will train to participate in the Cleveland Critical Mass on May 30, 2014. However, all clients are welcome to ride in as few or as many rides as they please.
